What Makes Up Each Persona?

Customer Circumstances

The real-world pressures the customer is facing, such as asset outflow, an imbalance of family interests, marital crisis, or a lack of control over family assets.

Customer Thinking

What the customer genuinely fears, resents, or wants to secure, and why she is prepared to take action.

Sources of Willingness to Pay

Why the customer is willing to pay for legal services: because her material interests are under threat, her personal drive to act is strong, or she can see a clear and recoverable financial interest.

Example Personas

Only two representative personas are shown below. The full project produced six high-need customer personas, which were used to support content selection, customer identification, consultation judgement, and service matching.

Persona Name

Economically Dependent Ex-Wife Facing Asset Outflow

Customer Circumstances

  • The husband’s financial support is barely sufficient, and the woman lacks a stable source of income.
  • The man is in a stronger financial position, but the woman has not secured control over family assets.
  • The man continues to direct financial benefits toward a third party.
  • The customer feels excluded from the distribution of family interests.

Customer Thinking

  • A strong sense of unfairness.
  • A feeling of being pushed out.
  • Fear of asset loss.
  • Unease about future protection for the child.
  • The main target of her anger is the third party; she will not actively initiate divorce.
  • She is unwilling to bear the cost and energy drain of divorce.

Sources of Willingness to Pay

This customer’s willingness to pay does not come only from emotional pain, but from a real imbalance of interests. When she feels that family assets are being drained away, that she has no control, and that her child’s future protection is being affected, the value of legal services becomes easier to understand.

Persona Name

Strong Retaliation and Proactive Claimant

Customer Circumstances

  • The customer has a strong personality.
  • She holds a relatively high position in the family.
  • She is not afraid of her husband.
  • She acts strongly and decisively.
  • She is unwilling to passively absorb losses.

Customer Thinking

  • Customers like this often seek revenge with determination. No matter what stage the marriage is in, once they discover an affair or signs of asset transfer, they will respond forcefully. Their goal is not only to recover money, but also to vent their anger.

Sources of Willingness to Pay

This customer’s willingness to pay comes more from personality-driven motivation. Even if the situation has not yet fully deteriorated, as long as the customer is not willing to back down, has a strong desire for retaliation, and is highly action-oriented, a relatively high willingness to pay may still form.
