How I Work

Problem-Driven

First clarify the real problem to solve, the user, and the key contradiction.

Structured Thinking

Break scattered information into roles, rules, processes, and outputs to build a clear execution framework.

Proactive Execution

Follow up on feedback, adjust plans, and push the relevant people to complete delivery.

Results and Reuse

Pay attention not only to whether the task is finished, but also to whether the output can be checked, reused, and updated.

FAQ

Why did you move from a law background into business operations and project management?
Law training gave me a strong base in fact finding, logical analysis, and careful expression. In real work, however, I found that the part where I was most engaged and could create the most value was understanding client needs, identifying process issues, building solutions, and coordinating different roles to move execution forward. So this is not a rejection of law, but a shift that became clear through real project experience. My law background still helps me handle complex information, judge risks, and understand rules.
What kind of person do you want to become?
I want to become someone who can independently understand business problems, drive complex projects, and deliver stable results. Over time, I hope to grow into a manager who understands clients and markets, builds processes, leads teams, and is accountable for business outcomes.

Outside Work

I like thinking about psychology, relationships, women’s experiences, business, and social issues. I am always willing to learn new things. I have a cat named Walnut.
